Complaint Intake

Users may submit complaints about identity verification, notary conduct, fees, document delivery, accessibility, recording, privacy, or recipient rejection through support@epiconlinenotary.com or trust@epiconlinenotary.com.

Correction and Re-Notarization

Collective Epic LLC d/b/a Epic Online Notary may investigate whether a correction, refund, re-delivery, re-notarization, notary review, vendor review, or legal hold is appropriate. Not every recipient rejection means the notarization was defective.

Legal Hold

Complaints involving fraud, coercion, elder exploitation, identity misuse, recording failure, privacy incident, chargeback, regulator issue, or litigation threat may trigger preservation of records.
